Why we make a difference?
Elite Care was founded by Nursing and Rehabilitation Directors who identified an opportunity from seeing patients who were going back to the hospital after being discharged home, and felt there was something more that could be done to make a difference.
With over 50 years of combined clinical experience, our founders have changed the way home health care is provided, and it has helped to make a difference in our client’s lives.
