The following criteria determine if you may be eligible to receive home health care under your Medicare benefits.

Who is eligible for Home Health Care?

Home Health Care is a way to provide individuals with follow-up care at their temporary or permanent place of residence after hospitalization, a change in medical condition, or post-rehabilitation.
